Commercial ranging of our pasties couldn’t be any more simple, all of our range cook without the need to defrost & bake at the same temperature with little “kitchen experience” required. Low to no waste as they are ideal for cooling & refrigerating unsold items to be sold as cold or reheated.

All you need is a freezer & an oven to be selling hot mouth watering pasties, plates, cutlery, tables & chairs are all optional as a pasty is best eaten from a bag in your hand the Cornish way.

Our pasties are made in Scorrier (Just outside of Redruth in Cornwall) & transported to our storage warehouse in Stourbridge weekly. These pasties are covered by the European protected geographical indication (PGI) in the same way as Champagne etc, & the bakery is a member of the Cornish Pasty Association.The bakery has won The World Pasty Championship title for its traditional Cornish & other varieties of pasty on numerous occaisons plus several other prestigious awards.
